CC Ashwell prides itself on friendliness and inclusivity. Not only is riding with other people sociable, but you'll discover new routes around Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and beyond! You’ll go further and faster – and get tips on bike riding technique and safety. You'll be more motivated to ride – even throughout the winter months – and get more exercise. You'll also benefit from a 15% discount at cycle shop Trisports in Letchworth for all online purchases over £10, 10% for accessories in store and 5% off bikes.

Important notice on insurance
Membership includes 3rd Party insurance through the club's CTC affiliated membership. Please note however that it can take a period of time from application to then processing details and having actual cover. If in doubt, or for further information, please contact timd@ccashwell.com
Be as protected as possible…
We strongly recommend everyone to have the most comprehensive insurance possible when cycling - and many members have their own independent cover that goes beyond the cover that CC Ashwell membership brings. We can recommend British Cycling - who offer a few different and more comprehensive options. A list of their packages is available here.

Complete your form, include the fees and post it all to us. The address is on the form.
We cannot accept cash for Club membership so please pay by cheque, payable to ‘Cycle Club Ashwell’. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Want to try us out?
The club welcomes guests. Anyone can join in for up to five club run rides before deciding to join. Simply turn up to one of our Club Runs and make yourself known to the group.
Introduction rides
Perhaps you're a bit unsure of your fitness levels or whether group cycling is for you? Or you just want a very leisurely ride? Then try one of our monthly introduction road rides aimed at all levels of fitness. These run every first Saturday of each month, and ask for a minimum fitness standard of averaging 12-14mph speed for an hour or two: whatever the group can manage really. What about Club kit?
The Club has a comprehensive range of high quality cycle wear manufactured by the renowned Endura brand. For greater club visibility, all members are encouraged to wear official club kit on rides.

There are two kit orders per year. Kit can only be collected at the first-Tuesday-of-each-month Club pub nights, from 8pm at The Three Tuns, Ashwell. Cheers!
